just watched "nankyoku monogatari"(eng title "ANTARCTICA"). It was my fav movie when I was little. it had been over 20 yrs since I watched last time. The movie is based on a true story of dogs in South Pole. Such an amazing movie. You can't stop crying.

I want kids in Brooklyn and kids in Tohoku to hold hands and smile together.

This is really small project but this is something I can do and I think what the people on the North east Japan need is "LOVE".

As you know we have got M9.0 earthquake and terrible 10m tsunami. My family and all my friends and I are OK. But since last Friday we have been very scared and sad. Fortunately I was in my parents house which is quite far from the north but we also got big earthquake, it was really scared as I live on 9th floor. It was shaking so much and we couldn't even stand.

Now over 2800 people died and over 10000 people are still missing (the number is still rising), also we got nuclear leaking problem now and the news is saying more tsunami might come again. Now we are trying to do things we can do and praying for everyone on the north. We just hope nothing will happen anymore.

2 nights ago, I met up with Lyle. He is friend of my friend Christian and he told us to meet up while we both are still in Japan.

He was leaving Tokyo and going back to New York next morning, so I decided to go out with him and have some wild night.

My new story "Maybe it's only us" was inspired by one of my favourite movies Lord of the flies. This movie was based on the book, there are 2 different ones. The first one was made in 1963 in England then Hollywood made new version in 1990 with Balthazar Getty.

Well me and my friend Meghan (the skeleton) went to the party which supposed to be a "rock party" in stureplan and they asked us to wipe our makeup off to get in...
It was shocking. We were the coolest and most rock 'n roll people in the queue but we weren't acceptable. it was for girls with blond hair and big tits... umm whyyyy... so stupid.

But we went to my friend's friend Halloween party instead so it was fun night anyways.

I think this time was the most boring costume i've ever had but since Halloween is not that common here I guess it was ok...

When I was in london I went to Dover street and found an amazing book made by Russian designer Gosha. He is a fashion designer but he takes pictures, too. The book I found was his photobook that he shot in Russia. It really inspired me. I don't really buy that many art as I am broke always but I don't mind to spend some money for great art things and I was happy that I bought the book.

Hi, sorry it's been such a long time to write. It's been crazy month this month, so much things to do.

Anyways NY fashion week is over. I was working and it was way too much. 3 hours sleep for a week was not enough at all. I looked like a Zombie. I had friends visiting from Tokyo and London but didn't have that much time to hang out which was suck. But I am glad it's over and I had little fun as well.

Crystal Castles did a secret gig so I went there and we hanged out at their hotel after the show until 4am and it was really fun. It was nice to see them, also I went to Weird record party and my friend Marie's band HEXAHORRA's gig in Bushwick and one evening I had a drink with my friend Ethan and we talked about life and nice things all night. I skipped fashion parties and had nice time with all my friends who don't really care about fashion.

Since I came here all NY people from DIS magazine were here for film artist Ryan Trecartin's opening at MOCA. They were in his film and organizing party for DIS.

We all went to Venice beach for relaxing and DIS shoot.

After the beach, I had the best lemonade at the place called lemonade. It was cucumber&mint.

We went to Roosvert Hotel for some VIP party.

I am so into World Cup now.

Lots of fashion people hate World Cup and I am not really into football that much in general but since last World Cup in 2006 I got really into only World Cup.

I was traveling in Europe during last World Cup time.

I watched WC games, NY-London-Paris, and Berlin.

I was in Berlin same time as the final and the third place match (Germany got #3!). The final was in Berlin and whole city was just full of WC people, so I became Germany fan. My friend and I even went to Germany congratulate #3 event with all players the day after the final. It was so much fun.

So anyways, this time my fav team is Germany again. I went through all summaries and watched all highlight videos on FIFA website last night (what I am doing until 3am!?). I have only watched Germany vs Australia game this time because I don't have TV at home so have to ask my friend Shannon to come over to watch.

I was big fan of Michael Ballack last time, and this time my fav players are Lukas PODOLSKI(hot! and love his play!) and Bastian SCHWEINSTEIGER(love his name!) who were members of last WC.

Also I like Germany goalkeeper Manuel NEUER because he is cute!!

Germany lost from Serbia (the ref was stupid!!!) so now it's up to the match with Ghana this Wednesday!!

Also I can't believe England hasn't won the matches yet. Now it's up to Slovenia match this Wednesday, so this Wednesday will be such a huge World Cup day and I am totally watching!!!

Reed and his brother Blair used to be in the band called Young Lords, and the drummer is from The Virgins.

I went to Jónsi's concert last night at Terminal 5 in Manhattan (Thanks Clare!),

and it was just magical...

I always wanted to see his/Sigúr Ros's live but I've never got any chance before.

I was so pleased. All song were so touched.

Last night I went to Icelandic film directors Arni&Kinski photo exhibition "Fuglastrákur" opening. They made many Sigur Rós videos and I recently made Jonsi's "Go Do" video. The exhibition was about Large format photographs of Jónsi from "Go Do" video. They were really great photographs. They are my favourite film directors. I love their work so much and I was so happy to meet them!

Also,,,

I finally met Jónsi! He is one of my favourite singers and meeting him was one of my dreams! His work inspires me so much.

They are also showing some video. (I was too shy to take more photos... sorrry)

I had a shoot this week. it was very important shoot for me and it was so much work to do. I am so glad I finally made it!

This is an animal called called Opossum. It's native to North America.I saw her on my friend Chris's house after the shoot. She was eating cat food on the porch!

Isn't she scary?? It just looks huge rat!

Connecticut

I went to Connecticut last weekend to visit my friends.

We went hiking and hanged out in some beautiful natures.

I had such a great time. It took 2 hours and cost only $29 for around trip.

It's perfect place to go when I get sick of NY.

Crystal Castles

I went to Crystal Castles gig at Irving Plaza 2 nights ago.

I hadn't seen them over a year, so it was very nice to see them.

It was first time to see their gig from V.I.P balcony. They played some new songs. They were really great!!

Then we went to some party at Hudson hotel because CC supposed to dj.

It was really bad party with horrible cheesy disco music but when Ethan started to play good music Alice and I and some drug queen (he looked funny) danced so much and it was very fun.

Then we went to their hotel room and drink.

But at this point I was way too drunk and had to run outside of the hotel to puke, so I just had to go home :p

in the cab, I puked from window and the cab driver told me to pay $25 and wash his car, but I told him I didn't puke.

I was just happy to see them so got too drunk.
